Character class:: Shaman, either specc is fine with me. I have most experience with Elemental and Resto, but open to go Enhancement if wanted.
Character spec: Currently I am Elemental due to my last guild needing an Elemental Shaman. My current Elemental specc might be abit outdated since that I haven't raided with it since April, but i chose it since its the specc that benefits most in a common raid situation, with very good single target damage, but also specced for decent AoE damage. I have dropped Convection for Elemental Warding and Improved Fire Nova because I felt that a higher AoE dps. Elemental Warding is chosen because when I raided with in the first ICC quarter releases, I took a lot of natural damange from different sources, and wanted to easen it abit up for the healers and myself, while still being able to hold the same dps. It turned out to be a great success since that I rarely gotten in the situation where mana was an issue. I'm not sure how you would valuate this specc in you're place with ICC on heroic, but I would say it is still the best specc. depending on the encounter ofcourse.

Time Baltz has been playing WOW: Only 24 days since I rerolled it for a guild for under a year ago, but I played Shaman in Vanilla aswell. With that in count, I'd say I had somewhere near 80 days as a Shaman.
Willing to respec: Yes
Respec options: My current Elemental gear is abit outdated, but I can play it perfectly. My resto set is quiet outdated, mostly ToC25 stuff with some exceptions, and I havent raid healed in some months, but it wouldn't take me more than a couple of days to get the feeling for it again with full knowledge.
Alts: Desidiosus - Warlock - Played all speccs through the past years - 57 days /played, 44 on this level (This is my 2nd Warlock, had 80 on the other).

I am also applying with this character aswell if needed. It will be more or less a "regear" project since it is very outdated, but I played Warlock through the entire The Burning Crusade at a hardcore level and I can assure you i have a lot of experience and fully knowledge about the class.

I don't have alot of raiding experience as either Rogue or Warrior, but I am willing to reroll the class for you. I can assure you with 100% accuracy that if you would consider it, I wouldn't let you down. My shaman was a reroll project aswell, just like this, and I mastered the class within weeks.

Past Guilds: In Vanilla I was playing my Shaman in a guild named Cream on Kazzak uptil AQ40, then I rerolled Mage and progressed further.
The guild disbanded after killing Gruul in The Burning Crusade, that's when i rerolled my Warlock. After leveling him up,
i ventured through half of Black Temple with a guild named Nordic Reign on Laughing Skull before my account got hacked, and I started on my 2nd Warlock.
After reaching 70, I started making my own Black Temple/Hyjal PuGs for a while to gear up. I leaded the pugs for a couple of months, until i joined
Misanthrope on Kazzak because i missed stable raiding in a guild. With them I cleared the rest of Black Temple and a couple of bosses in Sunwell before
i decided to leave the guild due that I needed a guild more suitable for my needs. It was a good guild and all, but i wanted to push myself more in a hardcore raiding guild. I joined Prestige Gaming on Xavius, which was around top 40 in the world at that time. After 2 weeks in the guild, I got promoted to Class Leader. Recruitment was hard and people started to dissapear, and we did not cover the losses due to Xavius being a very low populated realm, so we merged with another guild. Shortly again, we had to merge with yet another guild to keep a stable guild rooster, and with them we venterd in a fast pace through all the hard modes of Ulduar, but the guild ended up disbanding. I got accepted as a reroll applicant in a guild named Inevitable on Doomhammer, as a Elemental Shaman. After i reached 80 and gotten suitable gear, i cleared ToGC25 with them and upto Saurfang in ICC before yet another guild decided to disband on me. This time due the officer stab of the guild joining Last Resort on Kazzak. Yet again i stood guildless, it seemed that I beared a curse that would destroy every guild i touch for an unexplainable reason, but I didn't give up! Postal, a guild on Aszune EU accepted me, though as an Resto Shaman. Time went and I raided with them up till Lich King in ICC. This was in the start of April, and i had to reconsider my choices of being a hardcore raider, the summer was comming up and i had alot of exams to take care of. I knew with all the exams, a school trips plus a lot of festivals, I wouldn't be able to keep my attendance up so therefor I sadly left the guild for boths best.

What interested Baltz in this guild: You are a hardcore and dedicated guild which seems to handle things profesionally and raid with a focused mind, always pushing 100% to exceed your limits. To be honest I didn't choose you for any other particular reason other than you seem like a guild I would fit good in, and that you have experienced players!
What Baltz can bring to this guild: I can't brag about Chuch Norris jokes or a beautifull singing voice or whatnot, but I can promise you 100% dedication to this game and guild, to always be prepared for a raid with every consumeable needed. I am always seeking new ways to improve myself, either by trying new things out or reading up on things, to always contribute with so much that I can for the guild! I have decent leadership skills I guess, I can easily hold controll and explain, my English is quiet good, but I wouldn't assign me to lead the first raid I get to join if I get accepted!

And I guess I could share some good laughs etc. with you guys on Ventrilo, outside our raiding hours!
What you expect from Clarity: I expect that if I get accepted, I do not only get to join your raids and have your guild name under my nickname, but that I get accepted into the community that you have built. I don't believe a guild of 25 random skilled people would work even half as good as a guild with a bond with eachother, so I hope i'd really get to know you! Other than that, I expect that you put this game on the same level as I do, with always comming prepared to benefit with the most for the raid. But, I guess you already have that covered, orelse I guess you wouldn't have come this far in the first place!
Can raid 5 days every week: Yes, as I mentioned earlier I am unemployed (and not rushing for a job either) and will have alot of spare time. Either so, this has pretty much been the schedule I've raided with earlier, so I am used to these hours and they are really convenient for me!
Why do you play WoW: I play Wow because I love how a guild works together in a raid to together achieve ingame kills and achievements, how we always push ourselfs really hard and dedicate alot of our time for this game. I could never play this game in a casual guild, all alone, with nothing more than that, I really need more than that. Except for raids, I guess that hanging out with people I've grown to know in a guild, sharing laughs and having fun is a very valuable thing for me.
Can you Farm/obtain enough gold: I can assure you that all of this will be covered. It is something I've grown really used to past these years of raiding, and I have no plans to start slacking now! Gold isn't hard to find, and I will make sure to have enough for any given situation.
Applied to other guilds: I recently got declined Apex on Al'akir, and I assume I've gotten declined from Memento Mori since they haven't answered. Both for reasons unknown.
Ventrilo communication: As I mentioned before, I love hanging out on Ventrilo, I have a working microphone etc. and I am not to afraid to talk(When its suitable in a raid ofcourse). From the deepest of my heart, I can promise I will do my best to never give you any reasons to make me wanna die in a fucking fire!
